Official empeg support was discontinued some years ago, however there remain some great online sources of information. If you need help with any empeg related problem your first port of call should be the empeg FAQ. If you can't find the information you need, try searching the unofficial empeg BBS, and finally post your question to an appropriate forum at that site. Two empeg enthusiasts are extending the lifetime of our players with expert hardware repair. In Europe please visit empegrepair.com and in the US please visit www.eutronix.com. Other hardware experts can help with repairs from time to time - search the BBS for details. Remember, this community survives because of the continued enthusiasm and helpfulness of its members. Several original empeg developers remain active within the forums as well as developers of some of the great add on software that has been developed for the car player. D O W N L O A D S Firmware Releases Most users will need the Standard Edition release for either Mk.1 (original flat fascia model) or Mk.2 (wing profile fascia models including Rio Car) Consumer release.
